How it works:
- Following one year of consecutive service, staff members are eligible to apply for participation in the Educational Assistance Plan. The applicant must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution. The program of learning must be one related to the company's business line that would promote growth for the individual.
- The application submission must include verification of enrollment and copies of any invoices or receipts of payment to the educational institution. References of supervisors and the administrator or officer of the company must also be included.
- A Committee will review all applicants. Approved participants are eligible for up to $5,250 per year. This Plan is structured under the IRS guidelines and therefore is not taxable to the employee.
- Upon completion of the acquired diploma or licensure the participant repays the funding by their continued employment. $350.00 is forgiven for every three months of continued employment.
Complete the application and submit, along with all required supporting documentation noted in the application, to your Human Resources Business Partner.
